Day 2: Asian Youth &Junior Our Lifters had continued Breaking Records in PYONGYANG!! ----------------------------------------------------
23rd October 2019 – We come to the another day of the competition. This day started with Youth/Junior in Men 61kg bodyweight category. For Youth, MOHAMMAD Faathir (INA) had been broken triple World Youth Record in C&J, also 6 times Asian Records in Totals. ROK Shin (KOR) did good jobs for 2 silver and 1 Bronze, he broke World and Asian Record in C&J - 151kg. However, the record owner changed to MOHAMMAD (INA) when he made 153kg for C&J. In addition, SANG Bui Dinh (VIE) got 1 Silver and last 2 Bronze belonged to SAIRAMKEZ Akmolda (KAZ).
In Junior Men 61kg, there are 2 DPR Korea lifters in this categories and CHUNG Guk KIM (PRK) took all 3 gold medals. It was amazing rally among DPR Korea, Vietnam and Indonesia team in this event. MOHAMMAD HALIM Setjawan, won 2 Silver in C&J and Total, he left 1 Silver for VINH Ly Quang (VIE). WON Gwan O (PRK) took 2 Bronze and 1 Bronze for MOONSU Bae in C&J. The Champion, CHUNG Guk Kim, broke Junior World and Asian Records in C&J with 159 kg impressively.
In Junior 49kg Bodyweight Category. Undoubtedly, all Gold Medal were belonged to the host lifter, HYON Sim Won (PRK) and 3 Silver Medal for NIGORA Abdullaeva (UZB). ROSEGIE Ramos (PHI) won 2 Bronze in Snatch and Total and 1Bronze RYU Gyong Hwang (PRK) for C & J.
In the Junior Women 49kg, it was like a competition between DPR Korea and Indonesia team, the results shown that WINDY Cantika Aisah (INA) won 1 Gold 2 Silver medals and made a new World and Asian Youth record in Snatch C&J and Total. JONG Sim Han (PRK) won 2 gold in C& J and Total and 1 Silver in Snatch, so all Bronze were belonged to NIGORA Abdullaeva (UZB).
The last event is Youth/Junior 67kg, also there were new Youth World and Asian records in the C&J and Totals. This was a time for India Team when JEREMY Lalrinnunga (IND) took 3 Gold and left all Silver to Indonesian lifter, RIZKI Juniansyah. KHOJIAKBAR Olimov (UZB) took 2 Bronze medals in C&J and Totals BEKTIMUR Reyimov (TKM) in Snatch.
On the other hand, there were nothing to compare with RYONG HYON RI (PRK) in Junior 67kg when the total 3 Gold medals owned by the host lifter. JEREMY Lalrinnunga (IND) won 2 Silver and 1 Bronze, also 1 Silver and 1 Bronze were belonged to MOHAMMAD Yasin (INA). NAWEF Mohammed S Almazydi (KSA) also won Bronze in C&J and this is all for today.
