Last Day Highlight: New Junior World and Asian Records by LI Wenwen (CHN) and DAVOUDI Ali (IRI)

April 28th, we came to the last day of the 2019 Asian Championship, we hope everyone will enjoy until the last moment of the games. The Women’s heavyweight, +87kg category, was the first event, and LI Wenwen (CHN) shown her amazing lift with 147kg for Senior and Junior World and Asian Record. The Junior World Record Holder broke herself record with 147kg and this is a glory moment of Chinese lifter. MENG Suping (CHN), Gold medalist in Rio 2016, lifted 130kg for the second and LEE Seonmi (KOR), 127kg for the third. In Clean & Jerk, LI Wenwen (CHN) also tried to break World Record again, but she could not do this challenge at 185kg. LI finished with 180kg, following by MENG Suping (175kg) and KIM Kuk Hyang (PRK), 167kg. As a result, LI Wenwen is still the Total winner, 322kg, the runner-up is MENG Suping (CHN), 305 kg, KIM Kuk Hyang (PRK), 293kg for the third.
The last event of the Championships was the excited competition of our big men in Men’s +109kg. DAVOUDI Ali (IRI) tried to break his Junior World Record with 200kg, but he finished in the first place with 195kg - Snatch. The second and third are in the same weight, 188kg, as HAM Sangil (KOR) and ASAAD Man (SYR), first Syrian medalist. For Clean & Jerk, the Iranian lifter set the New World Junior Record - 237kg in the first attempt, he improved the record, 242kg, in the second for gold medal. CHEN Shih-Chieh (TPE) 235kg won silver – 235kg and TOYCHYYEV Hojamuhammet (TKM) 234kg for the third. In Total, there are no questions for DAVOUDI Ali, the Iranian winner lifted 432kg, 10kg more, CHEN Shih-Chieh (TPE) - 422kg. TOYCHYYEV Hojamuhammet (TKM) took the third place with 421kg.
